Financial and Materialistic Dreams

  • Her most imediate goal is go earn $50,000 per year. That's the point where she will live comfortably and secure.

  • To earn 1 million annually to Rem is a dream she could hardly wish for more, and nothing less than helping others.
  • To earn 1+ million annually would mean Rem has too much to even know what to do with it other than give it away
  • To live in a small island town in the tropics would be paradise
  • To own a Dodge Viper, Plymouth Prowler, Dodge Tomahawk, 1958 Rambler and a model replica of a Hotwheels Backdraft

General

It appears to be pretty uniform for my peers who are at least twice my age that have taken the time to know me to understand that I've gone through more stuff in 20 years than what alot of people go through twice my age. Can't say I have the most cheerful origins, but over the past 17 months I have been doing everything possible to ensure my future. I have literally been arrested 4 times, sent to juvenile hall, kicked out by my family... twice (in a town of 3,300 where is a 14 year old to go? across the street?), faced heavy insecurities, changed genders, Driven around much of the lower half of the nation, learned to drive when I was 6 years old, got stranded in Oklahoma for 3 days homeless in a motel that was abandoned for 15 years and destroyed, I've done a little falconry and work with exotic wildlife, mastered quite a few activities and now posess no barriers other than a lack of motivation when it is no longer able to keep up with my desires.

In general I've always been the 'Go to' person and I take pride in that. People say I'm smart, I don't like to believe it because I know if I do I'll turn into a smart ass.

Right now I am enroled in a real estate training program called Rich Dad Real Estate Coaching program which was founded by Robert Kiyosaki, a leading financial guru who made his start in real estate and later combined it with entrepreneurial ventures. I still have 5 months left and am seriously looking for properties to invest in. I actually have one in mind that I know of for certain I just need extra attention paid to it because it's considerably large for a first investment, 19 units; but I've done my homework on the property and all the numbers work with room to spare. So I firmly believe I know what I'm doing and that I know enough to get started in my ventures. But like walking it's much harder to figure out how to take that first step than it is to actually step.

I recently fell off the motivation waggon for some reason I think I lost my focus and got lost amidst all the things I wanted to do and simply couldn't decide, but now I'm getting refocused and orienting my sights back to my most imediate goals to get me going to make that first step. I have a 5 year goal to have everything well underway and established, especially Interactive Real Estate and Interactive Education since those will be the first two to come up it won't take me long. If it takes longer than that somone needs to slap me in the face for being stupid because it's all planned out, I just need to make it happen.
