My plan of focus to build up various 'Interactive' companies through each stage of my personal financial and professional progress. As I complete each stage my resources and efforts will be rolled over into the next area and thus continuing my momentum.
Plan of Personal Development 1. Personal financial literacy and education
2. Financial sustainability through real estate 3. Introduction into starting Interactive Education by speaking with groups and communities I know just to get started in this area. Both for practice and real. 4. Completion of final year of exotic animal training to prove to myself that I am capable of overcomming my failures and finish what I started (plus miscellanious things). 5. Continued development of Interactive Education by networking and references all the while utilizing training programs to maximize my personal and professional skills. 6. Network with experts and possible partners to further advance into the future. 7. Be the change I want to see by being the model of success I will use to help others succeed too. | Plan of Professional Development 1. Become financially sustainable through real estate investing. 2. Develop real estate venture into Interactive Real Estate and maximize resources via consistent cash flow and 1031 exchanges to roll over equity into larger properties and maximize progress. 3. Branch out into developing a network of schools and venues to speak to groups and communities on personal development and success. During this time develop personal skills through personal and business training/coaching programs. As Interactive Education develops more and more programs will be developed and offered. 4. Undefined at the moment, will likely progress into the development Interactive Environments depending on how beneficial ventures prove to be. (as I progress further I will always be thuroughly planning for the future) |
Real estate is where I'm starting my efforts to raise capitol and consistent cashflow while maximizing free time, (still working on achieving my first investment. Once I'm financially sustainable any excess profits will contribute to my resources for other ventures. As I attain more real estate I'll keep rolling over the equity via 1031 exchanges into more profitable properties while keeping the ones I have to maximize growth. I have no intentions to 'flip' properties. This will give me much needed resources and experience in raising money and soliciting business propositions and forming partnerships that I will be extremely benificial in the future.
My focuses in real estate investing will be centered around where I grew up in Illinois between Quincy, Peoria, and Springfield in that triangle of the state. Once I achieve my first successful real estate investment I will stick around that area but also branch out into other locations I am familliar with such as around Ventura and L.A County of CA if the market is attractive. And because I got the guts to do anything it takes to succeed I care less about the size of the property and more about the numbers, if it works that's all I care to know. Once I know that and how to make it sustainable I can work on figuring out just HOW I can close on the property. That's why I'm actually more comfortable with actively rented properties like duplex, triplex, 4plex, condos, or apartments rather than a random single family home.
As Interactive Real Estate develops and expand once it is more than enough to meet my personal needs it'll start funding itself and developing on its own into a fully sustainable company that ultimately will spark many business ventures, improve resources and more and act as a back bone for my other 'Interactive' companies. With this though it'll also be developed to provide competitive and affordable houses for groups of individuals that might often times get neglected; such as minorities, LGBT student housing for school, emergency housing for special individuals and/or situations, giving the homeless shelter, and more.
Hell maybe I will be able to buy all those vacant Wal-Mart buildings and turn them into affordable schools and community centers via Interactive Education and Interactive Environment. Someone's gotta clean up their mess.
Interactive Education is where I plan on spending most my time especially once my personal financial needs are met, but that doesn't mean I won't continue to develop my business ventures. Any area I see that could use some improvements that I feel I can mutually benifit from I will. But when it comes to Interactive Education this is where I'll be spending my time going from community to community traveling around speaking to individuals, paticularly those of neglected origins of 'alternative students', prisons inmate development programs, financial development programs, etc. This will obviously where I will get the most P.R and people start learning about me and spreading my name, and a good credible name at that. As my resources expand I'll start incorporating programs into further developing Interactive Education as both a profitable and sustainable entity just like Interactive Real Estate.
Interactive Environment Being the tree hugging hippy that I am I obviously care for much more than myself which is why I eventually want to branch off and create another company devoted to securing and developing the quality of the environment through means directly related to the environment. Such as (hypathetically) building independent windmills to sustain smaller communities instead of having them buying their power 40 miles away from a dirty facility and much of it leaching out of the power lines before getting to their homes. Buying vacant lots in urban areas and developing them into parks and renting out space for vendors, use my financial resources to partner with other entrepreneurs and their ventures to help fund their projects, blow up the world etc.
Interactive Dreams is my 'ultimate' company I aim to develop which will exist for the sole purpos of providing as many resources to as many people as possible to help them achieve their dreams through networking, funding, personal development, professional development, counseling, coaching, and more. But on top of that, make them as accessable to as many people as possible without reducing quality. Whether a person wants to be rich, famous, a singer, actor, a CEO, president of a nation, be the next Dali Lama, healthy, mobile, or something as silly as swim in a bowl of noodles; I want to help them achieve their goals by networking and partnering with those who can and developing programs fit their needs.
Interactive Companies
Just to clarify something about my 'Interactive' companies, anything I create under the lable 'Interactive' are companies I want to exist for the sole purpos of providing maximum services and consideration to the people they affect. And as a legal entity not as a corporation, but as a thinking organism like any other living body that can be subject to psycho analysis, I feel they (and all companies yours or mine) have a social obligation to be as ethical as possible and held 100% accountable for any moral discrepancies. Because I feel certain evolutionary paths some companies go through are fundementally affecting the core of how a company functions I will prevent all my 'Interactive' companies from going through such processes.
One of these I believe to be initiating an IPO and becomming a publically traded company. Once the founder of the company is gone the first teir of the fundemental core to the entire entity is gone. I do believe in natural ware and tear just like any other physical object to companies as well, but to change the focus of a company from it's social obligation to it's financial obligation to meet the needs of a paticular group of individuals (investors) I feel eats away at the rest of the foundation overtime that the founder of the company might have the dilligence to prevent themselves. But after 1, 2 or 3+ generations what remains of the company although might make any financial planner leaping for joy may ultimately make the founder cry, and its customer base held captive. Not to pick on any one company but I'm sure you may know of a company or two that have deteriorated once the founder sold the company or passed away.
Because of that I want all 'Interactive' companies to be 100% sustainable as well as prepared for any wildcards (natural disasters, audits, lawsuits, accidents, resessions, etc) so that they can focus on the services provided and the statisfaction of the customers and clients while all residual funds continue to go into the emergency funds or go into a new program, increase wages, better benifits, better coverage of benifits, charities, etc.
